We only accept the following returned items:
1.) The product is wrong, and the product is not ordered
2.) When the product is received, it is found that the appearance of the product is damaged or the function is damaged
If the above problems are found within 7 days of purchasing our products, please contact the customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org for follow-up. After verification, the company will arrange replacement or refund. The refund will be arranged within 7 working days.
The returned product must be complete: the product, the product packaging, and all accessories in the packaging must be returned together.
If the above return conditions cannot be met, the company has the right to refuse the relevant replacement.
We do not accept returns of the following items:
1.) Products that are not returnable on the product page (such as personal care products) are not returnable.
2.) The product is damaged due to user error.
