Delivery Information and Payment Method

Order Dispatch
Order processing: processing the order and arrange the shipment one working day after receiving the order. When the goods are ready, customers will receive an email notification. If they are shipped by local express, they will receive a tracking number from the express company.

Shipping Charge
Customers shopping at this store for every order of HK$500 or more are free of shipping, and customers need to pay HK$40 for shipping if the order amount is less than HK$500

Delivery Time
Delivery time is usually 1-2 days after shipment. The actual delivery time depends on the operation of the courier.

2.) Pickup at Kwun Tong store: Customers can pick up the goods in Kwun Tong store in person by presenting the pick-up notification email.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (1:00 noon to 2:00 lunch time), Saturday 9:30 am to 1:00 pm

3.) Shipping to China: Shipping via SF Express, freight and tax to be paid by customer, we do not include freight and tax.
