【Instructions】
I. Deep throat sputum sampling (preferred method)
1. It is best to do it in the morning before gargling or brushing your teeth
2. Unscrew the purple top of the dropper, quickly open the dilution bottle, and add 10 drops of solution to the dropper
3. Inhale deeply and exhale hard, repeat three times
4. Coughing from deep in the chest to produce phlegm
5. Spit the sputum (light yellow/green) into the sputum tray
6. Use the provided sterile cotton swab to mix the phlegm until it is completely covered

II. Oropharyngeal tonsil swab method (alternative method)
1. The wiping procedure should be assisted by others
2. Unscrew the purple top of the dropper, quickly open the dilution bottle, and add 10 drops of solution to the dropper
3. Carefully remove the sterile swab from the wrapper, taking care to avoid contacting the tip of the swab with any foreign objects.
4. The facilitator instructs the person being tested to open their mouth and say "Yeah!". When wiping children, it is recommended to hold their tongue with the back of the teaspoon for ease of use and added safety
5. Swab the back of the throat, including the left and right tonsil area, taking care not to let the tip of the swab come into contact with any other part of the mouth

1. Insert a cotton swab into the hose and rinse it in the solution for 30 seconds using a rotating motion
2. Remove the swab and safely dispose of it in the provided plastic bag
3. Put the purple screw top back on the hose and shake vigorously for about five seconds to mix
4. Remove the white screw cap from the tip of the dropper.
5. Add 5 drops of sample to the area marked "S" on the test box
6. Wait 15 to 20 minutes
7. Read and record results
8. Dispose of all test materials in the provided plastic bag and wash hands thoroughly after completing the test procedure
