Description
Australian Queensland farms directly deliver natural pasture premium wagyu (M7&M9) grades. "Australian wagyu" is a crossbreeding imported from Japanese wagyu male/female (Full Blood Bull) and Australian Angus male/cow.

Australia has the broadest and cleanest natural green pastures in the world. Fresh air and clean water are a major feature of Australian pastures, which provide natural grounds for stocking cattle at different stages of the production process. Therefore, Australian grass-fed Wagyu cows are raised on the prairie using natural grazing methods. After 20-22 months of grass feeding, grains are raised. M7~M8 Japanese beef must be raised with grain for 400 days, and M9~M9+ pure-bred Japanese beef must be raised. Grain is raised for more than 500 days.

The texture of the meat grazing on natural grassland is more elastic and tough, and it is tender and juicy. Grass-fed beef muscle has less fat, which is fat but not greasy. The mouth has a sweet but fragrant taste of butter, which melts in the mouth and has plenty of gravy. , Like a snowflake falling in the entrance, it only needs to be grilled briefly. Recommendation
1. Put the beef with the package directly into the ice water to thaw for about 40 minutes. The continuous thawing method can inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the meat and keep the meat in the best state of preservation. Or half a day to a day before eating, put the frozen beef in the refrigerator compartment and take it out 10 minutes before cooking. This is also a defrosting method that can maintain the best freshness.
2. After the steak is thawed, heat the wok first. You don't need to add oil. Fry the wagyu beef on both sides for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high fire until it is slightly golden brown. Then fry on low fire for about 1 minute on each side (the length of time depends on the steak The thickness and the degree of maturity that you like can be adjusted by yourself), so that you can lock the gravy first to achieve the effect of being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After frying, sprinkle a small amount of salt and black pepper on personal preference.
3. It is recommended that the freshly fried steak be kept at room temperature for 3~4 minutes before eating, because cutting the steak immediately will cause the gravy to be lost during the cutting.

Storage method
1. Please freeze and store immediately after receiving the product. Do not freeze and thaw unused ingredients repeatedly.
2. In order to maintain the best flavor of the product, the shelf life is 12 months, please consume it as soon as possible after opening.
