usage
1. Rinse your mouth with ⅓ oz of food grade hydrogen peroxide 3% if you have the initial symptoms of sore throat
2. Clean your ears, tilt your head, and pour 1/8 ounce of food-grade hydrogen peroxide into your ears for 1 minute. Repeat the steps to wash the other ear.
3. To clean the wound, spray or touch the wound with a cotton ball filled with ¼ ounce of food-grade hydrogen peroxide
4. Add 3 ounces of food-grade hydrogen peroxide to a bowl of water and soak vegetables in the sink for 1-20 minutes
5. Soak bean sprouts in water with 1 ounce of food-grade hydrogen peroxide
6. Clean nuts or grains, add 2 ounces of food-grade hydrogen peroxide into water and soak for 1-24 hours to clean
7. Wash the meat or fish, add 1 ounce of food grade hydrogen peroxide into the water and soak for 1-5 minutes
8. To clean the toothbrush bristles, pour 1 ounce of food-grade hydrogen peroxide into a wine glass and soak overnight
9. Surface spray and wipe all furniture surfaces
10. Add 2 ounces of food-grade hydrogen peroxide into the water into the dishwasher to clean the dishes
11. Add 2 ounces of food-grade hydrogen peroxide into the water into the washing machine to wash clothes
